I currently have a subscription to KeyHole's 3D Earthviewer, and I love it. The only drawback is that only the major cities have hi-rez satellite images. Other smaller cities and towns get VERY little detail.

Of course, at city-level, Holtville looks OK in my EarthViewer, but TerraServer spanks it. It's about a tie on the big cities.
