You would think with an "Inc" at the end of the name, but no such entity exists. Further even if they register and FINRA gives the ok and they actually file an "S-1" nothing has been addressed if they are rejected. They have such a mountain in front of them to get that BNPD shell fully reporting it is not likely shareholders will see a single share in BNPD in a year if at all.
