It should be tanking,, the PR from this company reads like and BB/OTC p&d,, lots of "Mays" "options" etc.. MCP still have very little income and will be that way for atleast a year, if if this Rare Earth shortage (which there is not) The FTC will not let a Japan company buy or hold the largest deposits in th CONUS when we need them to build bombs
