Thanks yoyo for putting this together! Some great questions, and everyone is right, we probably will not see answers to most of them. I do think there are a few in there though that Ike could answer with "non-answers".

How about for fun we make a list of words/phrases that Ike can't use!! Here I'll offer a few to start:

1. we project that
2. we hope that
3. estimate
4. believe
5. we intend to
