they said they intend to, they are not yet. so did the tens of thousands... we will wait with high expectations and hopes but in the end we will see. from my understanding, they will need a history of financial reports. if the previous CEO did them and had them prepared correctly, things will go easier, otherwise we will be waiting...about 2-4 yrs. in the meantime, i'll be building if possible. IMO Not many pinks like BFHJ own free and clear and operate. but many unlike BFHJ have positive so called intents with no action. IMO BFHJ will do what they say they are going to do, just have to wait it out and see.
