I've vaguely skimmed through the reports. Haven't had a chance to fully read them yet. Yes they are looking to sell the Laser unit to try to raise some cash. They can't raise enough cash through current revenue and I think the long delay for the Paramax clearance hurt them in lost revenue. They seem to be in a financial mess. Luckily(?), CSO is running the show with Paramax as they will be eating the costs needed for FDA clearance. PDMI needs the clearance to come soon.
