Again, with the con man tactics. Answer questions directly, with sources to back your claims. Refrain from answering questions with questions.

And, while you're at it, explain how running an IC system with a richer content of oxygen doesn't help combustion. As you said, and I quote

Not a necessary step but the complete burn is all about hydrogen.

So, by your science the rockets that go into space burning hydrogen do not need the additional oxygen they bring along for combustion?? lol
