So now we have not only former officers of CAL-BAY connected to the failed Envirotek deal, but we have CAL-BAY connected to BNPD as well.

Now this is after Pawson was terminated as the CEO of CAL-BAY so it could all be just a coincidence, but there are some other odd things to consider.

This was Melinda Rice's first act as CEO of CAL-BAY

People on the Cal-Bay IHUB forum were talking about Pawson still running the company continuously from the time he formally left via an 8-K filing in September 2007 straight through past August 2008 when this press release was put out.

In August of 2008 Pawson was still listed in the Nevada SOS filing for the company as an officer of the company with Melinda Rice



Now the rest of this I'm still not sure of but it sure makes for some wild speculation.

Fact: Melissa Rice was a Real Estate agent before becoming CEO of CAL-BAY

Fact: Melinda K Rice was the one that incorporated National Rare Coin and Currency in Florida on 9/4/07.

On 12/10/07 Melinda K Rice changed the name of National Rare Coin and Currency to Auto Max Group Holdings, Inc.

Fact: Melinda K. Rice signed all of her Florida paperwork as an attorney. She didn't use a Florida Residential address. She used a virtual office address meaning she could have lived in another state.

Fact: There is a Melissa Kollen-Rice who is an attorney from New York that specializes in Real Estate matters

Fact: This very same Melissa Kollen-Rice showed up on a Cal-Bay IHUB post

Not known: Are Melissa Rice and Melinda Rice related? Probably not likely, but at this point with all the other connections between all of these companies nothing would surprise me.
