It appears to me that the Evergreen process is not complete. The SEC will not allow a Share holder meeting or a vote until this process this over. Only then, will the share holders vote on the new shares and board members. Let’s wait and see if the share holders approve anything on the proxy and not jump to conclusions on an event that will occur months from now.
