Market Makers.

They buy back shares they sold at higher prices for profit. They may sell them at 4 and buy back lower or sell them much higher - no one knows.

When the stock goes up, they'll do it in reverse (buy shares low, and sell at higher prices on the way up). That process may have already started - no one knows.
