Point is that it was scheduled and then cancelled without the proper notification in advance. We cannot continue to allow this company to get by with saying things that they promise and then do not do.
It should have went on, no matter who showed and recorded as such. The Board members all lived in the local area of where it was scheduled.
Did anyone receive proxy paperwork? Not me!

I do not abandon a relationship or a stock that is important to me. This stock is important to me and others. Not crying, just trying to get them to do the things they say and the right way. Just like I would expect my children to do. If you choose to sell, you can. Me, I want to stay and get it corrected for future value of other shareholders.
