We are anticipating alot of common shares to be retired in the next few months. Company has reported repurchase of 800 million this year. However, it is just hearsay as it has not come from a PR but an email to a poster here. Forget the share count, PPJE has alot going for it as of now. Buy some and hold for a year, good things to come.
