i talked to one of the hedge fund owners about his stake in CNWD here is his response.... "we are just getting our 8% on this one and carrying it at cost. will start following when we convert in a yr or so."

it's a shame us retailers got so hosed... we should of incorporated and pooled all of our TBJK cash and bought the CNWD placements @ 4.00 and received the 8% divy along with the warrants
