ENTK (Envirotek) is an interesting company

Little History on this company:

Incorporated in Nevada on 8/19/04

OSO Enterprises, Inc until 1/13/05
Atlantis Holding Group until 12/12/07
Medical Institutional Services Holdings, Inc until 8/21/08
Control Security, Inc until 3/10/09
Entech Products Group until 8/24/09
Envirotek until June 2010
SUFFER (SUFF) - present

Originally Mark Shelley was the CEO of this shell under the name OSO Enterprises.

Beginning when it became Atlantis Holding Group in Jan 2005, Robert Thompson seems to have been an officer of the company in some capacity.

Under Envirotek it had a corporate address of:
1901 Newport Blvd, suite 350
Costa Mesa, CA 92627
949-999-2022
www.envirotekinternational.com

On April 20, 2010 Officers of the company were:

Alex Padilla CEO
Robert Thompson President
Eric Von Secretary/Treasurer/CFO

On April 20, 2010 Alex Padilla held
5,500,000 Common Shares
20,000,000 Preferred Class A Shares
10,000,000 Preferred Class B Shares

They talk a lot about some contract with Extreme Green Technologies and Allgreen Energy, but I didn't see any mention of Biocentric Energy in their filings

Alex Padilla stepped down from his role as CEO on May 12, 2010 though there is no OTC/SEC filing to support this

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - May 12, 2010) - ENVIROTEK (PINKSHEETS: ENTK) --

ENVIROTEK President Robert Thompson today confirmed the completion of the acquisition of ENVIROTEK (the company) by "SUFFER" a Nevada-based apparel company currently catering to the MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) fanbase.

"SUFFER" has been searching for an association with a green orientated company such as ENVIROTEK whose natural "Green" raw materials can provide high quality printing oils and inks along with textile products ensuring their end products are a component of "The Green Environment."

Mr. Thompson further announced the appointment of Joseph Lewis as President and CEO of the new Board of Directors simultaneously with the resignation of himself and Alex Padilla, the prior ENVIROTEK Board of Directors.

SUFFER will announce the trading symbol change when notified by "FINRA," until then the company will continue to trade under the symbol "ENTK."

Judging by the information I've found Padilla was involved as a director of the company from it's inception in August of 2009. Then became the CEO of the company from March 5, 2010 - May 12, 2010.

Interesting that Padilla became an officer of Biocentric Energy at very close to the same time. His name first shows up on a Biocentric Energy filing in September of 2009:

http://www.otcmarkets.com/otciq/ajax/showFinancialReportById.pdf?id=26674

Officers:
Dennis Fisher - CEO & President
Paul McGuire - CTO
Frank Rawson - CFO
Dennis Shen - COO
Directors:
Dennis Fisher - Chairman Of the Board
Dennis Shen - Board Member
Alec Padilla - Board Member

So what was the relationship between BEHL and ENTK? How did they PR the relationship between these two companies?

There are very limited filings for ENTK, but in those very limited filings I saw no mention of BEHL.
