CWRN got lucky on the land-usage, as the area was already impacted from previous mining, the new land-usage permit was submitted for the area were the Magma Uplifts are located; however, Bob told me that they have so much iron were they are working now, it may be a couple years before they even get to the new sections, unless they add another mining crew which they are considering for some time in 2011. He wouldn’t tell me how much the permits cost, but he did say the impacted area cost nothing..
