Does anyone know what happened Oct 23rd 2006 that caused PRMO to be $7.00 per share?

I am guessing that the Jul 30th 2007 run to .35 was another gold inventory sell off.

Does anyone have info on these two runs?

Anything that I say is strictly my opinion for better or worse....
