IMO, just because you own real estate near successful mining projects, or on property that once yielded substantial results does not mean that future results will be successful. I know millionaires who live near very modest houses, and while the wealthy hedge funds may have excellent cash flow, many of their neighbors do not. Success or guilt by association is not a guarantee of anything.
