Ouch... that means Jim's own sister is currently showing a loss in excess of $53,000.... and this is pre-reverse split.

Couple that with this gem of a statement...

If any investors have invested money in Lecere that they will need to spend as cash for any reason during the next couple of years, then I guess they are going to learn a hard lesson if they are forced to sell their stock in the next few months because they need the cash for some reason. Such are the risks for short-term investors in the stock market.

So it seems Lecere is devoid of conscience as well as financial backing.

There is no way in hell I would let any member of my family invest that much into a penny stock, I don't care if it was my company or how confident I was. That's just foolish, not to mention predatory.
