Obviously EP has nothing to hide but more over, something to prove to those that doubt the value here. I can't say this is just about the naysayers though, it is a more by a company that wants to move forward and eventually move off the pink's. That would be the only reason to spend the money and have an audit performed. You certainly wouldn't do it either if the audited value was going to hurt the value of the company. Just my opinion
