TEB: institutional investors=mutual funds, pension plans, privately managed money, etc. These are the people you want to attract as buyers of the stock. Mammoth's investment is more like a form of private placement and I'm sure they're not giving MZEI a 10M LOC out of the goodness of their hearts.
Without large institutional participation, though, it will probably be a struggle to push the price up to where we hope it will be in 12-18 months. The people who make purchase decisions for mutual funds have to be able to justify their actions to the management of the mutual fund and to their clients.
