Does anyone have a response or reaction to the PR from this past week? One thing it does not spell out is how the spinoff company will allow VYON shareholders access to their VYON investment money.

If the new company is a private company, no transfer of shares in any ratio is possible. Viyya seems to be moving forward...Same great product, new name and new company. If so, then we better see some results soon John. Your first spinoff did next to nothing for the VYON investor. Yes, some of us traded VRED and made money there AND ACTUALLY made more money there than with VYON - how pathetic.

I want to see some results THAT FAVOR THE VIYYA SHAREHOLDER from this most recent spinoff QUICKER THAN FAST. Enough is enough.
