4.5 BILLION to my knowledge is the A/S. Outstanding Shares according to some sites 190million.

Where is there any documentation of anything of a Reverse Split with BLDV? No Links to prove what you claim. True some pinky stocks do this Dry Spin & Recycle. Again, no proof just your OPNION or do you have a link, email etc????

I know as A FACT this company is headed to an RS. I base this on the FACTS of all the FALSE PR's and NO assets and NO Financing.

A couple of poster ask what did Mr. Moaning say on that return phone call...I'll allow you all to make a phone to the link I posted or you can call Mr. Moaning himself and just ask him.

Fastone I can agree with you on one thing that a Share Reconstruction is in the near future (Reverse Merger) in my opinion which has the same affect on the shares. We dont know what the split/merger will call for 15-1 or high as 10,000-1...which news will come out first in Mr. Moaning's Press Release?????

We all post our opinions/Due Diligence on these chat boards and look for some validity in companies to invest our hard earned money to make PROFITS...So when someone post a link or any info that I can research I will do and then respond according. Just ask others to do the same.
