All I was trying to say was that the company should have known that December 5th was a Sunday, and if they had no intentions of filing it until Monday the 6th, then why couldn't they have just given us the date of the 6th. Also, it may not be "bailing", it may be profit-taking. Experienced traders understand how fast penny stocks can fall, and at some point a sale has to be made in order to reap the profits. Many traders may take the "sure-thing" as opposed to riding it down and hoping for a rebound in the future. With that being said, I hope this all turns out to be a illegitimate concern and we get the report and have large gains tomorrow.
