Lets say, hypothetically, that if a "LARGE" buy back and retirement was to happen now and we do a little quick math. And a "token" buy back/retirement of anything less than lets say 20% of o/s would not boost shareholder confidence in any substantial way....

20% x 4.44B = 880M shares

880M shares x .004/share = $3.5M

Now I know my Company is a tad smaller than LFBG, but it certainly occurs to me as a CEO/Owner of a company trying to reduce o/s in a legitimate and real manner...THIS IS THE TIME !

I here "the sky is falling types" keep saying that there is not enough money in the cookie jar right now to do it. But there are many financing options available. Given the market for this Product and present/future sales, etc... don't think there would be a limited number of Banks willing and able.

That is JUST MY OPINION
