I couldn't really say what they have for revenues. I can only see one reason for the acquisition, though, at this point in time. They are profitable and revenue producing. My guess is Premium was added to facilitate/accelerate the loan payback. I still insist that paying off two thirds of a 3 million debt, while at the same time, acquiring a revenue producing company is pretty good business and that it points to HTLJ moving up sooner rather than later!
