I suspect the large OS is a poison pill to prevent an easy take over. They won't let someone else take control, the locals trust the management and love their cash. No doubt if this pig flys over a penny they will print. Why would a guy with sick amounts of personal cash print more...he is doing for the fame.
I am somewhat skeptical toward the large gap between gross and net revenue and have a hunch that they purchased shares with this at 0.0001.

0.0002 are promoters paid shares selling to their sheep.
