Thanks for your input. I have seen many posts about what an NI 43-101 is. On other gold stock Boards I have seen the question asked (paraphrased) "Since this mine is not in Canada, and the Company is not Canadian - what will the Canadian Government do (or even have the jurisdiction to do) to anyone who creates and disseminates an exaggerated or untruthful report?" I have yet to see or to find an attempted answer to this concern.
I am a the owner of 38K shares of SAEI, have reviewed the DD available, and fully support SAEI. I just have a hard time understanding the great weight of importance placed on a Canada-based regulatory document for an entity which has no connection whatsoever to Canada.
