This is very important so I thought I'd post this part on its own.

Here's a very important note: RCI Solar was created as a result of the merger..it did not exist prior to the merger. Melvin Dicks company was known as 688239 B.C. Therefore...if RCI Solar still exists, it is A PART OF GLOBAL EARTH.

The Subsidiary was the surviving corporation (the “Surviving Corporation”) and its name was changed to RCI Solar, Inc. The Surviving Corporation continued to be a wholly-owned subsidiary of Global Earth.
