Several weeks ago I heard Pat Gorman on Hard Money Watch say they would be dredging in the first Quarter. Lets hope that it does happen. I believe that the company has a good idea where they will get the financing from, they just can't say yet until its finalized, (my opinion). These are smart people, with contacts all around the world. They seem to be making all the right moves, they were even excited to say that they helped design some of the equipment. I'am very optimistic !!!
