"This contract on the other had appears to be constructed in such a way that upon acceptance of terms GLER and Melvin Dicks will part ways and RCI will disappear into thin air becoming 65,000,000 shares of GLER stock and the memories of RCI intact but no longer existent.

What this should all mean to share holders is that in someway shape or form that GLER sees Melvin Dicks as a liability in future endeavors and needed to eliminate him in order to move forward with the business at hand."

Thats exactly how I'm seeing things also, which allows GLER to fully focuse on these deals to come.
