Trading is or soon will be revoked by SEC... not the shares .. Can be reversed /fixed.. They need to get the audited fianicials in SOON I understand and they are working on it.. better late than never.. never won't be good.. late IS ok xx fingers.

Sounds like they also have another chance at the YA suit as well.. so down but not out.
