I dont belive any thing what you are posting, It seems to me you are paid by somebody to pump the share.

Further you have so manny infomations and insider knowledge so you are an insider or a paid pumper.

If its get true about the Merger / buyout I will be the first person who will apology, but I dont belive in an happy end!
In the past the company never did something good to the shareholders.
