If you really think that NITE has any trader dedicated to watching DKAM so closely that they would worry about a 10K coming out or any PR from DKAM that would effect the share price you are so sadly mistaken. Perhaps you should pay a visit to the NITE offices to see that nearly 100% of the trading is handled by computers set up to make a small fee per transaction on most every stock and only about 12 people that watch the big play stocks.
