Combinded DD (Gold and O/S)- on 1000000 OZ of Gold. I know there is a leek with some e-mail on this board that that they sitting on 10 mill-Oz.
But just lets not be too greedy and calculate 1 mill first:

Example Base on 1 mill OZ of Gold:

Nothing is found and there is only 1000000 tons of recoverable ore
450,000 oz gold equivalent at 0.45 opt. produced from 1mill oz Gold.

1:- 1000000 oz / $1400 per oz = 1.4 bill-revenue-gross
2:- 3 year life of mine at 50000 oz gold per year= $210 million at 1400/ounce.
3:- Cost to mine/mill = $60 million at $200/ton=Net cash = $150 million.
4:- Net cash/share=$2.30 based on 65 million shares O/S

DD only base on O/S for Alto

But according the O/S this is way undervalued stock 65 mil O/S to avarage market Cap 40 mil(use as default tool):
40MC : 65O/S= 0.61 PPs

There you have it ALTO worth at the moment according the SS $0.61.
The only thing that ALTO need is VOLUME, volume volume and CEO to stick with this SS.
