It is in the interest of those who want to buy more shares to get them as cheaply as possible to get more shares for a certain amount of money. It will therefore not be in the interest of those people to support the stock price. The lower the price goes the more shares they get. I have seen no indication yet that this company is a scam. Therefore I expect the filing by Monday or a PR before the opening explaining why there is no filing.
