Only 1 comment though, some will still NOT understand this, and will still post their bitter agendas.

It is very hard because the one thing we insisted on is not to give up the shareholders equity. Remember, when a new company comes in, they are inheriting existing shareholders, and yet those shareholders have not invested in their company. Most companies would insist on a large reverse, eliminating existing shareholders and wiping out their investments. When I was on the board and current management I believe also are insistent on not having this occur, which is why this is so hard to do. That is my opinion on why this takes so long. If you want to give up 90 percent of your equity, we could have found any number of companies to merge with.
