Until the shares can be registered by the SEC, the majority of the shares are locked up in escrow. I was told that there is about 200K shares that are free trading but it looks like most folks will wait for the dust to settle before taking the plunge.

This is a case where investigation could pay rewards. I have done it myself and feel the current price, even at $1.01, is way undervalued. Personally, I have a $3 price tag on the shares with the current information that is known to the public. I also believe this figure will rise even more over time.

Time will tell but I'm happy that I own a piece of this.
