If you have public stock: the delisting means its worthless, regardless if USAU is now private and gets bought out. If you have private placement stock, you still have worth only if it gets bought out. If you feel a victim of fraud, pump and dump, etc it depends on circumstances and facts but you can file a claim, tip on the SEC Website. For instance, many feel John Perez, in his position as President of USAU, overly promoted the stock, gave bogus facts, and also covered up the fact there would be no registration of 10k, 8k when he knew all along it would be delisted (in order for him and the other principals there to unload their public stock. He had many verbal conversations with many investors, if you have any emails or texts from him all the better- it doesnt hurt to file on the SEC website against John Perez, who knows where the investigation will lead.
