I just read this on another message board and it make plenty of sense.

Not surprising at all. Management just does not take reporting seriously. Why would any investor take this stock seriously ?

With the stock price on a continual downward spiral and the termination of the loan app this can only play out one of two ways.....

1. R/S coming up so Clint and Clan can go back to the public well.

2. Can't be mommie but probably daddy or a sibling will setup a private company in this industry. Eternal Image will sell what minor assets actually exist to the family entity for pennies on the dollar (remember they have voting control).

After the smoke clears the company will be private and the stockholders will be left holding an empty bag. Any company that has actual sales with a pps this low is a prime candidate for this game.

All this is perfectly legal and there is nothing the stock holders can do.

This has played out thousands of time in the public market space and when the $'s needed are this ridiculously low it becomes irresistible
