I think this company has major problems let’s look at the track record of its CEO Mr. Danna, over the past 16 years terminated from Network Financial, terminated and sued GenuTeck, CEO of Sipp Industries which collapsed and went out of business, Director of Airline Maintenance of Scottsdale Arizona went out of business, Director of Alentus Corp. stock down to 0.015, OCBG no sales stock down to 0.05 per share. Danna issued 12 million shares of OCBG to a loose cannon street brawler, with no public company experience or real business background so that Mr. Danna would have full control of the company. Now moving to take all the assets from OCBG and spinning off to a company called Quantum without a shareholder meeting.
