Here is couple of recorded PR's just for a small taste of all the failures that have happened with DF and company.

SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CA and GEORGETOWN, SC--(Marketwire - November 3, 2009) - BioCentric Energy Holdings, Inc. and Renewed World Energies (PINKSHEETS: BEHL) today confirmed the companies are in receipt of combined purchase orders for both ALGAE Bio Mass and ALGAE Oil products totaling in excess of Six Million Dollars.

The newly combined companies today made the announcement confirming the first one-acre-sized combined closed loop photobioreactor systems which will be based at the Georgetown, SC facility to accommodate and start the purchase order production. The company will increase the acreage in modular increments to facilitate the completion of the purchase orders. RWE has expansion access to adjacent properties of over 20 acres for ALGAE farm productivity with a possible additional 300 acres when required. The terms of the current purchase orders in hand are for full completion by December 2010. The first modular combined closed loop systems are expected to be operational by the end of this year (2009).

Results? Financials showing sales? Hows that "operational" system working out that was supposed to be working a year ago, let alone not working even now a year later?

Dec 21, 2009

"The company has modified the merger agreement with corporate ally "Renewed World Energies," based in Georgetown, South Carolina to that of a Joint Venture (JV) agreement. Mr. Fisher commented, "The terms of the JV agreement are more realistic to work with from a Geographic standpoint at this time. Simultaneously with the construction of the Santa Ana, California closed loop system, the companies will be constructing a BioCentric second-generation closed loop system at Renewed Energies' Georgetown facility. The simultaneous production and completion of both systems is designed to expedite the scientific research for new ALGAE strains along with the expedited production of the existing orders. Both companies are currently working together to finalize the new Omega 3 with EPA ALGAE strain.""

"Expidited production of the existing orders" Where's the financial statements that are showing those orders -- what orders? Where is RWE? Not with DF and company.

Jan 4th, 2010 PR

"RWE, Georgetown, South Carolina

By the end of January 2010, the BEHL Team will be returning to South Carolina to assist the RWE Team in building an acre of the BioCentric Algae Pro Photobioreactor to fulfill the first in-house purchase order of Omega 3. This collaboration is anticipated to be the first of many as the people of RWE have shown a tremendous knowledge base that will benefit BEHL now and into the future.

Lone Star College, Woodlands, Texas

NAA President Barry Cohen has arranged for Lone Star College to provide land, water, and electricity for a test unit of the BioCentric Algae Pro Photobioreactor to be assembled at the College. Once operational, the Photobioreactor will go through a series of verifications to quantify and ascertain exact results which, at the third level of testing, will be independently managed by a third party for unbiased results. Upon completion, the Algae Pro Photobioreactor will have certification published from the National Algae Association.

BEHL advancing to OTCBB

BioCentric CFO Frank Rawson has narrowed the field of SEC Auditors down to three, in the coming weeks BEHL will formally announce the selection of this crucial element in completing our Form 10 to uplist to OTCBB. His target date for completion is February 15th. BioCentric SEC Attorney Kristin Cano has begun the process of completing the Form 10 registration. Ms. Cano's target date for completion is February 20th. Additionally Tom Cleveland has been contracted to author the updated Business Plan for BEHL. The target date for the updated Business Plan completion is February 5th.

Projected Sources of Revenue for 2010

1) 18 "Desktop" Continuous Flow Photobioreactors in year 1

2) 24 "Wall Unit" Photobioreactors in year 1

3) 36 "Culturing Systems" in Year 1

4) 20 Acres of Algae Pro Photobioreactors in year 1

5) Management Contract for 20 Acres of Algae Pro Photobioreactors in year 1

6) Commission for the sale of production of 20 Acres of Algae Pro Photobioreactors in year 1"

FAILURES

And this is the real classic:

Feb 24, 2010

""In the past I have regurgitated what I believed, from information that was conveyed to me, by those who I bestowed my faith and trusted in their abilities. I did this... No one else. I accept full responsibility for not achieving on the dates I published... I accept full responsibility for allowing others to manage what I should have. I accept full responsibility to manage with little or no accountability. For this I accept responsibility and have tendered my resignation as CEO, but will resume the title of VP Business Development of BEHL as of April 4th, 2010."

Still mismanaging, still failing shareholders, still using slick sales talk and mis-information, still using deceptive practices, and still CEO due to no respectable or experienced person wants the job except maybe for some puppets on a string.

Could just fill pages up of "future contracts being worked on" of implying that all of them would be making large profits for shareholders and all the results that were supposed to be happening that haven't.

"Best for shareholders" was a statement by DF about a reverse "razzle dazzle" and it was looked at better than RS or increasing the AS and float. Then two large AS increases since then anyway with no filings other than that. Pinky shell games.
