And who is this silent partner and how do you know that? I like to have proof when someone says something . Can you bak it up?

It's a matter of having experience and seeing how these things have happened before. There is a pattern to it. Will anyone here provide the partner name and transaction logs? No, you're not going to get that. It's a public message board with most people staying relatively anonymous.

FTW has offered great advice to anyone who thinks the "negative posters" are off base with respect to BEHL - go pay any professional CPA or financial advisor you trust to tell you what is going on here.

It's really not that hard:

A. BEHL has no source of money to keep the doors open except to sell stock

B. Every time more stock is released into the float (via an MM like VERT) the percent of ownership current stockholders have is decreased.

C. Stockholders and traders do not like this and want to get out before trading comes to a halt and thus the price goes down and stays down.

I should send you a bill for $150 for those three points of factual information. But, feel free to hire some other professional to get your "bak up".
