I dont think anyone wants Martin to go anywhere, he is the heart of this company. That being said, he does need to give up trying to be a one man show.
Nobody would want someone that passionate to dissapear but he does need help.
It may just be difficult to find real talent that will take shares of .009 stock as payment for a career change.

Chae, yes retirement is nice, the 50 should have been a 40,start was age 20.
What does that have to do with anything?
