Oh, I guarantee it was an open to the public hearing and nothing more. I never received a personal invitation in fact I didn't plan to go until the night before as posted and not until Guyer mentioned how it would be nice to have shareholder support at the pre-hearing in an email reply which I posted on Monday. So no matter what, it was public my friend. Call the Pre-Hearing Officer (Ms. Sandy Brown) or her rep. Ms. Jullian Allison, Esq. and ask them if I was there for the entire hearing minus the three minutes I was late and was it open to the public.
