It was Roxanne's candidness and communication that got me to purchase based upon private conversations with promises. When those promises are not delivered, it creates shareholders who then get upset. What others might do or not with a stock, is not necessarly what I would do and do not have to. I am concerened about what I invested and do not want others to be foooled into buying the unkept promises of some buy back that cannot be proven with any un-filed financials. It is proven that there has been share dilution and this should concern any shareholder.
