Foreign Capital Gains

I'm not a tax advisor

But for my own records next year, Graffitti would be a Foreign Capital Gain since the gain is acquired on a foreign stock exchange. If it was traded in the United States then it would fall under domestic capital gain. I still need to look at the forms though to make sure of this.
