The talk/rumor comes from the initial post that shark made on RB:

Why did he post that?
My guess is because someone at TA office told him they can't give out information so close to release of 10K.
They never stated we have a "gag order" for anyone to presume this from his statement is wrong.
Anyone who really wants to know should just call the TA.
Of course it is too late right now.

I for one, am anticipating the return of mimurray to see what David said to him today. I would have called myself, but I am awaiting a call back from Mark - at his convenience. I do not want to bother them, they are extremely busy right now.
