Interestingly, Dan Rogers at ASC called me today too out of the blue. He said not to make out too much of the withdrawal of application for cease trade revocation by PBEC on Dec 6th. It was simply done because De Beers got a cruise for discounted price starting Dec 5. DeBeer and Skymark team had planned a world wide luxury cruise early this year so that they could explore other places in the world where they could set up companies like TSHO and PBEC which had proved to be very lucrative, not to mention a well deserved vacation after a lot of hard work which bore a lot of fruit. Lifting the trade order was of small consequence anyway, as it mattered little to the day to day operations of PBEC or to the investors as the PPS of PBEC was not going higher anyhow in the foreseeable future.

He expressed full confidence in De Beers and Co and said that were embarking on the discounted luxury cruise so that they don't spend the investor money unnecessarily on more expensive strips, and had no doubt that the order for cease trade will be lifted when DeBeer's and team return in March from the cruise.
