was explained as "an accounting" of shares... So when an accounting happens the shares must "appear" and if short then must be purchased and made "whole"... All BS.....

Either way... Id be afraid of OWVI needing to dilute further and then comes the RS.... Hope not but..... This company performs over seas operations and no true accounting can be performed on its operations... That is why the "audited fins" were and still are crucial to maintaining investor sentiment.
