i'm still trying to ponder what kind of "hell" is going to break loose, in 7 days or less, if an air permit, is even issued?

more specifically, are you supposing/proposing/intimating that the only hurdle JBII has left to begin commercial production, i.e., P2O revenue stream is an air permit????????????????

i am highly doubtful of that. i truly suspect there will be myriad paperwork/permit hurdles for JBII prior to any type of commercial production.

also, "expected within 7 days, and as soon as tomorrow".......... and reality are two distinctly different timelines.

Newsflash -- all they need is an AIR permit to operate. Expected within 7 days and as soon as tomorrow.
